Can you replace the software we use now?
We assess the essential functions, access, integrations and data export options first. If replacement would cost more or remove something important, we’ll explain that and discuss a better route.
Does one-off mean there are no ongoing costs?
The build price covers the agreed software project. Hosting, third-party services and ongoing support may still cost money. They are set out separately so you can compare the full cost.
What if a custom app is outside our budget?
We can narrow the first release, explore an existing tool or help assess Operxo. Operxo is currently in final beta testing, with launch planned for Q1 2027; register interest here.
Can you add AI or build more apps later?
Yes, subject to a new agreed scope. We can plan for additional modules, connected apps or suitable AI-assisted workflows as your needs develop.
