REAL WORK / CCM
A catalogue.
A parts finder.
One connected business.
Thousands of products from scraped and structured sources, mapped into Operxo and delivered to CCM’s Shopify storefront. Product information, parts diagrams, stock and pricing built to work together.
An owner-operated business case study. Scope combines completed work records and the owner’s current confirmation. Supplier identities are confidential.

The challenge was the whole system.
Product codes and prices came from several sources. Images, descriptions, specifications and parts references lived elsewhere. Customers needed to find the right machine, identify a part from a diagram and see useful availability and pricing on the website.
Bring the catalogue together.
We imported and mapped thousands of SKUs across multiple supplier ranges, combining structured data, websites, price files, product information and PDFs. Matching protects existing product identities, and uncertain specifications or conflicting references are held for review.
One completed information project updated 12,675 storefront product specification tables and 12,262 uniquely matched Operxo product records. This is one measured project within the wider catalogue work, not the size of the whole business.
From source data to Operxo and Shopify.
Scraped website information, structured source data and product documents are merged into richer catalogue records. We map those records into Operxo, then use the connected workflow to push products and catalogue updates to Shopify. The back-office record and the customer-facing product are parts of the same process.

Your project does not have to use Operxo. We can prepare a native Shopify import, a Matrixify import file for Shopify, a structured catalogue database or a separately scoped direct connection. The same catalogue can also be mapped for additional destinations.

Turn parts information into a way to find parts.
The parts-diagram lookup system links more than 10,000 SKUs. Customers can move from a machine and its drawing towards the relevant product, rather than working through disconnected manuals and product codes. Thousands of part relationships connect the catalogue to a practical buying journey.
A drawing, a code and another search.
Useful information was spread between product records, parts documents and the shop.
Find the machine. Find the part.
Linked references and organised product records bring the lookup and storefront together.
Keep stock and prices connected.
Live stock feeds and updates support thousands of products. Supplier price sheets are cross-referenced against existing SKUs, with agreed cost and selling-price rules. One verified reconciliation updated 6,822 existing SKUs while preserving unrelated records.
Shape the customer-facing experience.
The website brings product discovery, specifications, part finding, price display and purchasing into a clearer journey. The work extends beyond importing a spreadsheet: it connects the information behind the business with the experience customers use.
Parts lookup, live-feed scope and the Operxo-to-Shopify catalogue delivery route confirmed by the business owner in October 2026. Specific mapping and price-update figures are from September completion records. These are scoped figures, not totals to add together. No sales uplift or universal stock accuracy is claimed.
